Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for innovation initiatives aligned with future market demands
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders and guide decision-making processes
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and think tanks to expand foresight capabilities
- Author quarterly trend briefings and annual horizon scanning reports
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial success
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic thinking frameworks
- Strong data visualization and storytelling abilities for complex future concepts
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategy and innovation
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
