Responsibilities

- Analyze global trends and data to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future-focused strategies into organizational DNA
- Present visionary insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and immersive experiences
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation ecosystems
- Drive adoption of ethical innovation frameworks across all R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products or services
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech stacks (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive board experience
- Published thought leadership in innovation or technology journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent
