Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 Initiative's roadmap for transformative technological adoption
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum AI, neurotech, climate tech)
- Develop scenario models for 2030+ societal shifts and market disruptions
- Partner with C-suite to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and product roadmaps
- Establish thought leadership through keynote speeches, white papers, and industry forums
- Manage $15M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Drive ethical frameworks for emerging technologies and societal impact
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or futurism with Fortune 500 impact
- Proven track record launching moonshot projects (quantum computing, AGI, or biotech)
- Advanced degree in Physics, Computer Science, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Mastery of scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures to stakeholders
- Portfolio of published foresight work or patents in emerging tech domains
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (CFP) or equivalent
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks in regulated industries
