Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI-driven products, ensuring readiness for the 2026 market.
- Architect robust, scalable systems integrating quantum-ready algorithms and large language models.
- Lead architecture reviews and technical strategy for high-impact R&D projects.
- Mentor and foster a culture of innovation within the engineering team.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML engineering.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Deep expertise in Next-Gen AI frameworks, autonomous agents, and predictive analytics.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) and edge computing.
