- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate futuristic tech stacks into current workflows.
- Identify emerging trends (Quantum Computing, Advanced AI) and assess their applicability to our ecosystem.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and technical strategists.
- Present technical vision to C-suite stakeholders and board members.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Science, or Strategic Technology.
- Proven track record of leading 2026 Roadmap initiatives or similar long-term strategic projects.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Strong background in System Architecture and Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex future-tech concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
