- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 release cycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging market trends.
- Technical Mentorship: Foster a culture of excellence by mentoring senior engineers and architects, conducting code reviews, and establishing best practices for scalable system design.
- Innovation & R&D: Spearhead research initiatives into emerging technologies (e.g., quantum-inspired algorithms, neural interfaces) to validate their feasibility for our core products.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate high-level 2026 visions into actionable technical specifications.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with deep knowledge of distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and delivering innovative solutions ahead of the curve.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Future-Ready Skills: Experience with AI/ML model deployment, large language models (LLMs), or edge computing technologies.
