We are looking for a visionary Lead Full Stack Engineer to ensure our systems are scalable, secure, and capable of handling peak global traffic.
Responsibilities
- Lead System Architecture: Design and implement scalable microservices for the official 2026 World Cup platform, ensuring high availability and low latency.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize database queries and frontend rendering to support millions of concurrent users during the tournament.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Manage AWS infrastructure, deploying CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring disaster recovery protocols are in place.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of mid-level developers, conduct code reviews, and drive technical best practices within the squad.
- Real-time Data: Integrate real-time scoring and venue data APIs to deliver a seamless fan experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of professional Full Stack development experience, with at least 3 years in a Lead or Senior capacity.
- Technology Stack: Proficiency in React (Next.js), Node.js, and PostgreSQL/MongoDB.
- Cloud Mastery: Strong experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- High-Load Systems: Demonstrated success in architecting systems that handle high traffic spikes.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
