Responsibilities

- Research & Development: Oversee experimental projects involving neural interfaces, bio-digital convergence, and predictive AI modeling.
- System Architecture: Design robust, scalable systems that handle high-velocity data streams and complex algorithmic computations.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and ethical responsibility.
- Strategic Advisory: Collaborate with C-level executives to translate futuristic concepts into actionable product roadmaps and business strategies.
- Security & Ethics: Establish rigorous protocols for AI governance, ensuring all 2026-era systems adhere to the highest ethical standards and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in leading high-level AI or Machine Learning teams.
- Education: Advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Physics, Cognitive Science, or a related technical field.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit).
