Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the architecture of large-scale, futuristic software systems tailored for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Blockchain technologies into core products.
- Mentor and guide a high-performance engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance compliance with global standards.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate long-term strategic goals into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to mitigate risks and ensure code quality.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of asynchronous programming and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of implementing scalable AI/ML solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity in emerging technology paradigms.
