Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate business goals into scalable, high-performance technical strategies.
- System Architecture & Design: Lead the design of distributed systems, focusing on AI integration, quantum readiness, and real-time data processing.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to ensure seamless integration of new features.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee system optimization initiatives to ensure zero-latency performance across all global platforms.
- Technology Stack Governance: Evaluate emerging technologies and make strategic decisions on adoption to keep our stack cutting-edge for 2026.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with extensive experience in cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines, neural networks, and large language models (LLMs).
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and architect solutions that are scalable, secure, and future-proof.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
