Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the implementation of a resilient, distributed system architecture capable of supporting next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
- Define the technical roadmap for 2026 system migrations, ensuring seamless integration of quantum-ready computing components.
- Lead a team of senior engineers and data scientists to establish best practices for AI safety, data governance, and ethical deployment.
- Conduct rigorous technical feasibility studies and proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies including neuromorphic computing.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product management to translate high-level business goals into concrete, technical execution plans.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years leading high-scale technical teams.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong background in machine learning infrastructure and the deployment of complex AI models at scale.
- Experience with quantum computing concepts or advanced simulation environments is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing security protocols and data privacy standards in sensitive environments.
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field is required.
