Responsibilities
- Define the Roadmap: Lead the architectural vision for the 2026 Web Experience, focusing on WebGPU, Spatial Computing, and LLM integration.
- System Design: Design scalable, high-performance backend systems capable of handling real-time generative AI inference at scale.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and designers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Push the boundaries of frontend performance to achieve 60fps+ rendering in immersive 3D environments.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Frontend Mastery: Deep expertise in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Svelte) and WebGL/WebGPU.
- AI Integration: Proven experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into consumer-facing applications.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, ambiguous technical challenges.
