Responsibilities
- Define and drive the long-term technical roadmap for 2026, focusing on AI integration, Quantum Readiness, and Spatial Computing.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and UX designers to prototype and validate next-gen technologies.
- Evaluate emerging tech stacks and make strategic decisions on adoption and integration to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to translate technical vision into actionable business strategy.
- Oversee the architecture of scalable systems that support future-proof growth.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI and responsible innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning architectures, and Quantum Computing fundamentals.
- Proven track record of leading innovation initiatives and delivering complex systems on time.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and edge computing.
