Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the high-level architectural vision for the 2026 platform release.
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant microservices architectures capable of handling high-throughput AI workloads.
- Lead the engineering team in adopting and implementing emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum-ready infrastructures, advanced edge computing).
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic roadmaps into technical specifications.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and deployment pipelines.
- Drive technical decision-making that aligns with long-term business goals.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust, with a focus on high-performance computing.
- Experience integrating Generative AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs) into production environments.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced agile environment.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
