Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Vision: Collaborate with executive leadership to map out the technological roadmap, identifying emerging trends like Quantum-ready computing and AGI integration.
- Lead High-Stakes Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, scalable systems that power our core product suite.
- Bridge Theory and Practice: Prototype novel algorithms and architectural patterns, validating them through rigorous technical proof-of-concepts.
- Drive Innovation: Foster a culture of technical excellence, mentoring senior engineers and defining coding standards that ensure longevity and maintainability.
- Global Infrastructure Strategy: Architect resilient cloud-native solutions that can scale from startup MVP to global enterprise without friction.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in System Architecture, with at least 5 years in a Lead or Architect role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, Go, and cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, AWS, Azure). Familiarity with Quantum computing architectures is highly preferred.
- AI Fluency: Strong background in Machine Learning operations (MLOps) and Generative AI model deployment.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to translate high-level business goals into concrete technical strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
