Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Vision, aligning architectural decisions with long-term business goals.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable microservices and distributed systems.
- Oversee the migration of legacy infrastructure to modern cloud-native architectures.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and DevOps automation.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Drive technical due diligence for strategic partnerships and acquisitions.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technologies: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kubernetes, and serverless computing.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects ahead of schedule.
- Future-Ready: Experience with AI integration, quantum computing principles, or advanced predictive analytics is a plus.
