Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Architect the long-term technical vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging technological trends.
- System Design: Design complex, high-scale distributed systems capable of handling millions of transactions with zero downtime.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous improvement.
- Technical Strategy: Evaluate and integrate cutting-edge technologies (e.g., AI-driven microservices, decentralized ledgers) to drive competitive advantage.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for stakeholders and non-technical teams.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to optimize system latency, throughput, and resource efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in a Lead Architect or Senior Engineering role.
- Core Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, Rust, or Java; proven experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- AI & Data: Strong understanding of Machine Learning pipelines, Data Warehousing, and AI integration strategies.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change across cross-functional teams.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous, high-stakes problems with innovative technical solutions.
