Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, low-latency neural network architectures designed for 2026 standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate quantum computing elements into existing neural frameworks.
- Define and enforce best practices for data privacy, security, and ethical AI within the Neural Grid ecosystem.
- Collaborate with neuroscientists to translate biological signals into actionable digital insights.

Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Neuroscience, or a related field with a focus on Machine Learning.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, specifically within high-performance computing or AI.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and C++ with a focus on performance optimization.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams through complex, large-scale deployments.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models, and their integration with hardware.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
