Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance microservices architecture for autonomous AI agents.
- Lead the technical roadmap for integrating Generative AI models with legacy enterprise infrastructure.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance under extreme load conditions.
- Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define product requirements and technical specifications.
- Research emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum-ready algorithms, Edge AI) and evaluate their feasibility for production deployment.
- Oversee code reviews, architectural reviews, and system deployment strategies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a Lead or Principal role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a proven track record of building distributed systems.
- Strong background in Machine Learning operations (MLOps) and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and event-driven architectures.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments with a focus on rapid iteration and delivery.
