Responsibilities
- Define and lead the architectural vision for 2026-era AI and quantum computing systems.
- Design scalable software architectures that integrate neural networks with quantum algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to translate research breakthroughs into production-grade software.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and ethical AI deployment.
- Conduct technical assessments and mentor senior engineers to ensure architectural integrity.
- Drive the migration strategy for legacy systems to meet 2026 compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale distributed systems and high-availability platforms.
- Strong understanding of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and reinforcement learning.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
