Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the 2026 Horizon Initiative infrastructure.
- Define system requirements, evaluate trade-offs, and select appropriate technologies for scalable solutions.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring best practices in code quality and security.
- Mentor senior engineers and junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Conduct rigorous system testing and performance optimization to ensure 99.99% uptime.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in systems architecture and software engineering.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects and teams.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong background in Python, Go, or Rust.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
