Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technical Roadmap, aligning architecture strategy with long-term business objectives.
- Lead the design of scalable, fault-tolerant microservices and distributed systems capable of processing petabyte-scale data.
- Oversee the integration of Generative AI and predictive algorithms into core legacy infrastructure.
- Establish architectural standards and best practices to ensure code quality, security, and performance across all engineering teams.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous system audits and drive modernization initiatives for legacy codebases.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing large-scale enterprise systems.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Go, and Rust, with deep understanding of cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS).
- Strong grasp of Quantum Computing concepts and their practical application in current architectures.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience implementing Zero Trust security models and end-to-end encryption protocols.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
