Responsibilities

- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance under high load.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Drive technical decision-making and mentor junior staff on future tech trends.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and complex system architecture.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, Distributed Systems, and Blockchain technology.
- Experience designing systems for Post-Quantum cryptography standards.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent.
