Responsibilities
- Define the long-term architectural roadmap for 2026-era AI systems and large language models.
- Lead a team of elite engineers in designing scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems.
- Research and prototype novel algorithms to improve model efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations and ethical AI standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core product offerings.
- Mentote junior developers and establish coding standards for high-performance computing.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of delivering complex systems at scale.
- Strong understanding of Neural Networks, Transformers, and Quantum Computing basics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
