Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for the 2026 vision, focusing on AI integration and quantum readiness.
- Lead the architectural design of high-scale, distributed systems capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Oversee the research and deployment of advanced Machine Learning models, including LLMs and predictive algorithms.
- Mentor senior engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, code excellence, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Design, Strategy) to translate futuristic concepts into viable product roadmaps.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and scalability across all cloud environments.
- Drive technical decision-making regarding emerging technologies and stack modernization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven expertise in AI/ML, specifically in designing scalable machine learning pipelines and large language model (LLM) integration.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong grasp of quantum computing principles and their potential applications in current software architecture.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse, high-performing engineering teams in fast-paced environments.
