Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, distributed AI systems capable of processing petabytes of data.
- Lead the R&D strategy for the 2026 roadmap, focusing on Transformer optimization and quantum-inspired algorithms.
- Establish coding standards and review architectural patterns to ensure maintainability and performance.
- Mentor senior and junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Science, Product, and Security to integrate AI solutions.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, including bias mitigation and explainability in model outputs.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML infrastructure.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS).
- Proven experience building and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools.
- Strong understanding of theoretical computer science, including complexity analysis and optimization.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
