Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant neural network architectures capable of handling exabytes of data.
- Lead 2026 Roadmap Initiatives: Spearhead the development of autonomous decision-making systems and advanced reinforcement learning models.
- Optimize Model Performance: Push the boundaries of inference speed and accuracy, implementing cutting-edge quantization and pruning techniques.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with hardware engineers to optimize algorithms for next-gen neuromorphic processors.
- Establish AI Governance: Define and enforce strict ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous systems.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor a team of elite AI researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Advanced Degree: PhD or Masterβs in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Deep Learning Expertise: Extensive experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and JAX; proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR).
- Architecture Mastery: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and MLOps pipelines.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and edge AI.
- Leadership Experience: 5+ years of experience leading high-performing engineering teams.
- Coding Proficiency: Expert-level Python and C++ skills.
