Core Responsibilities
- Define and execute the high-level technical vision for AI-driven product initiatives and long-term research roadmaps.
- Architect scalable, secure, and robust machine learning pipelines and generative AI frameworks using modern cloud infrastructure.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to translate complex concepts into executable technical strategies.
- Identify emerging AI trends (e.g., Large Language Models, Neural Rendering, Autonomous Agents) and integrate them into our technology stack.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, compliance, and model governance to ensure responsible innovation.
- Mentor a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning architecture, or data science.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in a fast-paced, startup or high-growth environment.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong understanding of system design principles, distributed computing, and microservices architecture.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
