Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the implementation of AI roadmaps aligned with the 2026 technological horizon.
- Lead the integration of Generative AI and Large Language Models into core product workflows.
- Define technical standards for data privacy, security, and ethical AI usage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Legal) to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging AI paradigms to maintain a competitive edge.
- Mentor senior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Present technical strategies and roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI product management.
- Proven track record of deploying successful AI/ML solutions at scale.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, and LLM architecture.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and microservices architecture.
