Responsibilities
- Design and develop autonomous robotics systems with adaptive AI decision-making capabilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing machine learning models for real-time robotic perception
- Architect scalable hardware-software interfaces for edge-computing robotics applications
- Optimize robotic motion planning algorithms for dynamic environments
- Drive R&D for human-robot interaction protocols in industrial and consumer contexts
- Validate system reliability through simulation and physical prototyping
- Mentor junior engineers in emerging robotics frameworks and ethical AI deployment
Qualifications
- 8+ years in robotics engineering with 3+ years in AI integration leadership roles
- Expertise in Python, C++, and ROS 2.0 for robotic system development
- Proven experience with reinforcement learning and computer vision for autonomy
- Strong background in sensor fusion (LiDAR, IMU, cameras) and motion control
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals on robotic AI systems preferred
- Master's degree in Robotics, AI, or related field; PhD highly desirable
- Experience deploying robotics in regulated industries (healthcare, manufacturing, or aerospace)
