Responsibilities
- Architect & Lead: Design and oversee the development of cutting-edge AI and Machine Learning models, ensuring scalability and high performance for 2026 roadmaps.
- R&D Strategy: Spearhead research initiatives in Generative AI and Quantum Computing applications to maintain a competitive edge.
- Model Deployment: Translate complex research into production-ready models using robust MLOps pipelines and cloud infrastructure.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Ethical AI: Establish frameworks for responsible AI, ensuring compliance with evolving global regulations and ethical standards.

Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior research capacity.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Architecture: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and MLOps practices.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in high-stakes environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
