Responsibilities

- Establish robust data governance and ethical AI frameworks to ensure responsible innovation.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specializing in Machine Learning and AI infrastructure.
- Advanced degree (PhD or Master’s) in Computer Science, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of deploying AI models at scale in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with quantum computing libraries or a strong interest in post-quantum cryptography.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
