Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable quantum-AI hybrid systems capable of processing exascale data.
- Lead the research and implementation of next-gen machine learning algorithms tailored for quantum environments.
- Mentor a high-performance team of software engineers, data scientists, and quantum physicists.
- Define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with long-term strategic goals for the 2026 product suite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Optimize system latency and computational throughput for real-time decision-making applications.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing or AI.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML and quantum technologies.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex, high-performance systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Strong understanding of neural networks, quantum circuits, and distributed computing systems.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
