Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture for AI-driven quantum computing systems.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Strategy & Roadmap: Define the technical roadmap for 2026, aligning product goals with cutting-edge research.
- System Optimization: Drive performance improvements and scalability for massive-scale data processing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with data scientists, hardware engineers, and product managers to deliver integrated solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead architect or senior engineering role.
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Quantum Knowledge: Demonstrated experience or strong understanding of quantum algorithms and quantum computing concepts.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, large-scale technical challenges.
