Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and communicate a clear, forward-looking technology roadmap for AI and Quantum integration aimed at the 2026 market landscape.
- R&D Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in researching, prototyping, and validating next-gen algorithms for quantum-enhanced machine learning.
- Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with leading academic institutions and quantum research labs to stay ahead of the curve.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives and investors.
- Infrastructure Planning: Oversee the architectural transition from classical computing models to hybrid quantum-classical systems.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to strict ethical guidelines and regulatory standards for emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing or Artificial Intelligence.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within the tech industry, specifically in AI or high-performance computing.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of quantum computing principles, Qiskit, Cirq, or similar frameworks, combined with extensive knowledge of Deep Learning and Neural Networks.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of driving innovation from concept to commercialization in a fast-paced environment.
