Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI systems integrating classical machine learning with emerging quantum computing paradigms.
- Lead the research and implementation of proprietary neural network architectures tailored for 2026 operational requirements.
- Oversee the end-to-end deployment of machine learning models in cloud and edge environments using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, security experts, and hardware engineers to optimize system latency and throughput.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and CI/CD pipelines within the engineering department.
- Mentor junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++ for high-performance computing.
- Hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) and hybrid cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and large-scale data processing pipelines.
- Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing complex technical projects from conception to delivery.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
