Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement the core AI and quantum computing infrastructure for our flagship products.
- Model Development: Spearhead the research and development of advanced machine learning models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and Quantum Annealing algorithms.
- Team Management: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Strategic Planning: Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment with our long-term vision for 2026.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of cloud-native AI systems to ensure maximum scalability and low latency.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities in AI systems and implement mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field, with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role within the AI/ML space.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. Experience with Quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) is highly preferred.
- Cloud Expertise: Proven experience deploying AI models on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from conception to delivery.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving unsolved problems in the field of artificial intelligence.
