Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable AI and quantum computing architectures that meet enterprise-grade security and performance standards.
- Quantum Integration: Oversee the integration of quantum algorithms into our existing classical machine learning pipelines.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a high-performing engineering team, conducting code reviews, architecture reviews, and technical workshops.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating emerging technologies and prototyping solutions for future product lines.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for stakeholders and non-technical leadership.
- System Optimization: Continuously optimize system latency and resource utilization to support high-throughput workloads.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum computing frameworks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- System Design: Proven ability to design distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading diverse engineering teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on solving complex, open-ended problems.
