Responsibilities
- Architect Neural Systems: Design and implement scalable deep learning architectures integrating quantum computing elements for enhanced processing speed.
- Research Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives into emergent AI behaviors, specifically focusing on AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) trajectories.
- System Optimization: Optimize algorithms for latency reduction and efficiency, ensuring our systems run on next-gen hardware.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and product teams.
- Prototyping: Rapidly prototype and validate new AI models using Python and specialized quantum libraries.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Lead or Architect role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and familiarity with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, open-ended technical challenges in distributed systems.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Innovation: A strong passion for emerging technologies and a portfolio demonstrating forward-thinking projects.
