- Architect and implement AI roadmaps for 2026+ capabilities including quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Lead development of ethical AI governance frameworks ensuring compliance with evolving global regulations
- Direct cross-disciplinary teams in creating predictive AI systems for climate modeling and healthcare breakthroughs
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government AI initiatives
- Translate complex AI concepts into executive-level business strategies and investor presentations
- Monitor emerging AI trends (AGI, neural interfaces, decentralized AI) and recommend innovation pivots
- Present future-vision keynotes at global tech summits and publish thought leadership in Nature/AI journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 10+ years in AI research or deployment
- Proven track record developing production-level AI systems at scale (GPT-4 level or equivalent)
- Deep expertise in quantum computing algorithms, federated learning, and explainable AI
- Published research in top-tier AI journals (NeurIPS, ICML, or Nature Machine Intelligence)
- Experience leading global AI ethics initiatives and regulatory compliance frameworks
