- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with executive leadership to align technical strategies with business objectives and revenue goals.
- Talent Acquisition: Partner with the HR team to recruit top-tier talent in AI and data science to fuel our growth.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to strict ethical guidelines and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML strategy or architecture.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of neural networks, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences, from engineers to C-suite executives.
