- Lead AI Strategy: Define the technical vision for integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning into core product offerings.
- Optimize Performance: Lead initiatives to reduce latency and increase inference speeds using edge computing and model quantization techniques.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous learning within the engineering department.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a lead or architect role within AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Mastery: Proven track record of deploying production-grade NLP and Computer Vision models.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with creative engineering solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
