Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the global ethical framework for AGI deployment by 2026.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate bias detection and safety protocols into core model architectures.
- Conduct rigorous impact assessments on AI systems to ensure alignment with human rights and democratic values.
- Advocate for responsible AI adoption to executive leadership and external stakeholders, including policymakers and the public.
- Lead research initiatives on long-term AI safety and alignment challenges.
- Develop transparent documentation and communication strategies for complex AI decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, policy development, or technology strategy.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), machine learning ethics, and algorithmic fairness.
- Proven track record of influencing organizational change and setting strategic vision in a high-tech environment.
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience speaking to diverse audiences.
