We are seeking a visionary Lead AI Engineer to spearhead our Year 2026 Initiative, a bold program designed to redefine the boundaries of autonomous systems and generative intelligence. At NexGen Dynamics, we are not just building the future; we are architecting it. You will be at the forefront of developing next-generation machine learning models that will power the digital landscape of the coming decade.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and production-grade engineering. You will lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers, ensuring our cutting-edge algorithms are scalable, secure, and transformative. Join us in shaping the technological trajectory for the Year 2026.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI/ML infrastructure tailored for the Year 2026 roadmap.
- Lead the research and development of advanced generative models and autonomous agents.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric solutions.
- Optimize existing models for performance, latency, and cost-efficiency in high-volume environments.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and ethical AI standards.
- Present technical strategies and roadmap progress to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior architecture role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps practices.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Experience with distributed computing systems (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
