Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable deep learning pipelines and large language models tailored for 2026 enterprise needs.
- Lead a high-performance engineering team in researching and deploying autonomous agent technologies.
- Oversee the full machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and model training to deployment and MLOps.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Present technical strategies and roadmaps to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML leadership.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Experience managing remote and hybrid engineering teams.
