Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust machine learning pipelines and scalable architecture for the 2026 roadmap.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to deliver high-impact features.
- Optimize existing algorithms to improve latency and throughput in real-time environments.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and deployment automation.
- Conduct technical deep-dives to solve complex problems related to neural network optimization.

Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field (5+ years of industry experience).
- Extensive experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools.
- Strong proficiency in cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing engineering teams and driving technical strategy.
- Deep understanding of large language models, natural language processing, and generative AI architectures.
- Experience with ethical AI practices and bias mitigation.
