Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models for enterprise applications.
- Lead the research and implementation of Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into product roadmaps.
- Optimize model performance and reduce latency in production environments.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring.
- Conduct technical workshops and mentor junior data scientists and engineers.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Deep Learning engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade AI systems.
