Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Lead the architectural design and implementation of AI models tailored for the 2026 market landscape, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
- Research & Development: Conduct in-depth research into emerging AI trends, including generative AI, predictive modeling, and quantum computing applications.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- System Architecture: Design robust, fault-tolerant systems that integrate seamlessly with cloud infrastructure and legacy platforms.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize model performance, latency, and resource consumption to ensure real-time responsiveness.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in leading AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Innovation: Demonstrated ability to anticipate future tech trends and apply them to solve complex business problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
