Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure designed for the Year 2026 era of computing.
- Lead a team of ML engineers and data scientists in developing proprietary algorithms and large-scale models.
- Define and maintain the technical vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, and Design) to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric solutions.
- Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous research to identify emerging technologies and integrate them into our core stack.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading AI/ML architecture roles.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern Deep Learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of deploying production-ready AI models at scale.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide high-performance engineering teams.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and distributed systems.
