Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the architectural strategy for next-generation AI systems, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for future market demands.
- System Design & Integration: Design and oversee the development of complex neural networks and quantum-ready algorithms.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of senior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-level executives and product managers to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives in generative AI and neuromorphic computing to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance, implementing optimizations to reduce latency and improve throughput.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems. Experience with quantum computing frameworks is a plus.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects from conception to deployment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on solving complex, ambiguous problems.
